Each player is permitted exactly one pksolt account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension and permanent forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses. Joint accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering on pksolt. pksolt does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Players who access pksolt from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts closed upon detection.
By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and that you understand the nature of online wagering, including the financial risks involved. Players who are aware that they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of pksolt's self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools before placing any wager.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active pksolt account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pksolt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. pksolt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to pksolt support immediately.
All pksolt accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform's core wallet, though some third-party payment processors may apply their own exchange rates where applicable.
pksolt is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all player accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to the processing of a withdrawal, or at any other time at pksolt's discretion.
Standard KYC documentation requested by pksolt may include:
pksolt aims to process standard KYC submissions within two (2) business days of receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is complete. pksolt is not liable for any delays caused by the Player's failure to provide accurate or complete documentation in a timely manner.
pksolt reserves the right to conduct ongoing due diligence on player accounts consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to comply with such requests may result in account restriction or closure.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players are advised to check current minimums in the Cashier section of their account.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in refund of the deposit (net of any fees) and potential account suspension. This policy applies without exception to all payment methods including bank transfers, mobile wallets, and cryptocurrency addresses.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to the pksolt account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the originating bank. pksolt does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Players with pending KYC documentation on file will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the pksolt account. pksolt reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
Bonus credits and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement applicable to the relevant bonus has been met in full. Attempted withdrawal of ineligible bonus-derived funds will result in the removal of the bonus balance prior to processing.
pksolt reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a pending KYC review, a chargeback dispute, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of the reason for any such hold.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pksolt are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus rules set out in this section apply.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated prominently in each bonus offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage or zero, as stated in the offer.
Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
pksolt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
Promotional offers are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
All bets placed on pksolt are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pksolt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet was placed after the relevant market was closed, where a system error affected odds or game outcomes, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, international T20, and other sporting events, are governed by pksolt's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, the Sports Betting Rules prevail with respect to individual sporting events and markets.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the in-play rules applicable to each sport. pksolt bears no responsibility for connectivity issues on the Player's end that result in delayed bet placement during live events.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise cannot be settled in accordance with normal rules. Bets will not be voided solely on the basis that the outcome was unfavourable to the Player.
All casino game and live dealer game outcomes on pksolt are determined by certified random number generators or physical game mechanics under live dealer control. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Settlement of game rounds is final once confirmed by the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pksolt's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pksolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from connectivity failures, game interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment processor errors.
pksolt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pksolt will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
pksolt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where the Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where pksolt is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, account balances may be forfeited.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the pksolt support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pksolt will process any outstanding eligible balance to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering obligations and KYC requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pksolt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through pksolt's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
pksolt operates an internal complaints procedure. Players with a dispute are encouraged to first contact pksolt support via the support email. pksolt commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
pksolt may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by pksolt's licensing authority.
